Círculo de Bellas Artes Rooftop

The rooftop terrace of this arts society's 1926 building on Calle de Alcalá sits 56 metres above street level, close enough to Gran Vía that its buildings feel within reach. The 780-square-metre terrace, crowned by Juan Luis Vassallo's sculpture of Minerva, gives an almost 360-degree view over central Madrid and doubles as a bar in the evenings, making it as much a sundowner spot as a viewpoint — entry requires a paid ticket or membership.
